No Refund and No Return Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital content—including eBooks, downloadable materials, and podcast/audio recordings—we can’t offer refunds. Returns or exchanges are not available once a buy has been completed.

Why This Policy Exists

Digital products are delivered instantly upon buying and can’t be physically returned. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

Please Note

This policy applies to all eBooks, PDFs, digital workbooks, audio recordings, podcast episodes, and other downloadable or streaming digital content.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental buy
- Failure to read or listen to the content
- Perceived lack of relevance or usefulness
- Compatibility issues (e.g., device, software, or internet access)

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, digital goods that are delivered instantly and can’t be returned are generally non-refundable. This is valid provided the policy is clearly disclosed before buying.

Under U.S. consumer law, digital products delivered electronically are typically considered non-returnable.

International customers acknowledge that digital content is intangible and irrevocable once delivered.
