All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital content—including eBooks, downloadable materials, and podcast/audio recordings—we can’t offer refunds. Returns or exchanges are not available once a buy has been completed.

Why This Policy Exists

Digital products are delivered instantly upon buying and can’t be physically returned. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

  • This policy applies to all eBooks, PDFs, digital workbooks, audio recordings, podcast episodes, and other downloadable or streaming digital content.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Accidental buy
    • Failure to read or listen to the content
    • Perceived lack of relevance or usefulness
    • Compatibility issues (e.g., device, software, or internet access)

🇨🇦 Canada

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, digital goods that are delivered instantly and can’t be returned are generally non-refundable. This is valid provided the policy is clearly disclosed before buying.

🇺🇸 United States

Under U.S. consumer law, digital products delivered electronically are typically considered non-returnable.
By purchasing and accessing our digital content, you waive any right to chargebacks or refunds based on dissatisfaction. You also waive rights based on change of mind or non-use.

🌍 International Customers

International customers acknowledge that digital content is intangible and irrevocable once delivered.
Once access has been granted, refunds are not available. Exceptions are made only when mandated by local consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Restore access
  • Re-send files
  • Correct delivery issues

Technical assistance does not constitute eligibility for a refund.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimately delivered digital products result in:

  • Revocation of access
  • Suspension of future purchases
  • Dispute documentation submitted to the payment processor
